At the very start of this journey together, our first step is to understand you. Over a one-to-one conversation, we delve into what motivates you, what brings joy to your day, and how you navigate challenging moments. This personal connection allows us to tailor the journey to fit you perfectly. Based on our discussion, we also recommend reading materials that align with your path, immersing you in the learning process and setting up questions and reflections for you to consider as we delve deeper into this transformative journey.
MYERS-BRIGGS
Depending on your preferences, we can also offer a Myers-Briggs test at the beginning of the process, which provides insights into your personality type. These results serve as a foundation to deepen your self-understanding. Using these valuable insights, we’ll refine our approach, tailoring the process ahead to resonate even more closely with your personality.
MY WORLDVIEW
At the outset, we also offer the MyWorldView assessment, rooted in adult development theory. This process explores cognitive and emotional growth, providing insights into our evolving capacity for complexity, adaptability, and decision-making.
PREPARATION STAGE
Before moving on to the next key step within our journey, we encourage you to embrace a stage of preparation. Following our initial conversation, you'll receive guiding reading materials and insights. This phase is your chance to delve deeper, reflect, and ask yourself that will be the foundation for our collaborative exploration over the weeks and months ahead.
THE EXPLORATION PHASE
Now, we enter one of the most crucial steps in your transformative journey—the Exploration Phase. This phase can unfold in numerous ways, spanning a day or more. The important thing to note is that this is not a quick process but demands a dedicated amount of time for deep immersion. Typically, we invite several leaders for a small communal workshop or retreat, where we can build a safe space for discussion and exploration together. This not only sets the tone for our collaborative work but also marks the beginning of your own leadership support group—a circle of like-minded individuals with whom you can share insights and experiences along your journey.
SUSTAINED EMPOWERMENT
Following our retreat, you'll receive more reading materials and tasks. We'll stay connected between sessions, checking in to ensure your progress. Plus, we believe in the power of peer support. That's why we encourage you to form buddy groups with fellow attendees, so you can meet in between sessions to discuss allocated themes and your individual experiences.
ONGOING INTEGRATION
By now, you'll have absorbed plenty of information and theory. But our journey is more than just that. We'll work together to help you apply these learnings into your daily life, creating new patterns and overcoming obstacles. This holistic integration doesn't happen in isolation, it unfolds as part of our ongoing journey together, over the coming weeks and months.

As we wrap up our formal sessions, know this isn't a goodbye. You’re free to reach out for one-on-one sessions whenever needed. The goal is to keep your learning and growth alive. Your leadership support group will also form a welcome space to talk, share experiences, and navigate life's challenges together, ensuring you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and grow as you continue along your journey.
