OUR WORK IN ACTION

The Resilience Outreach Project is already taking shape through resilience programmes, professional education, organisational development, community-based learning and European exchange.

This is where we will share some of that journey — what is already happening, what we are learning, and how new areas of the work develop over time.

Alongside updates from our resilience work in Malta, we will share reflections from our Erasmus+ European learning mobilities — what participants experienced, what they learned and, importantly, how that learning is being brought home and translated into practice.

European Learning in Action

Members of the Mnajdra community are currently participating in Erasmus+ supported learning experiences across Europe.

As each mobility is completed, we will share short reflections, images and learning from these experiences and explore how they contribute to our developing work in Malta.

Resilience in Practice

We will also share selected programmes and learning from the Resilience Outreach Project — including community resilience groups, professional development, work with schools and organisations, creative and experiential approaches, and developing community initiatives.

As new elements are piloted, this page can also document their development — for example, early Community Resilience Champion activity or emerging community resilience networks — without presenting them as established before they have been tested.

Our intention is to make visible not only what we are doing, but what we are learning along the way.

At the heart of all of this remains one question:

How can we spread resilience in ways that continue to ripple outward?

Because mental health is not only something we respond to when it is lost. It is something we can actively cultivate — together.
